Instructions
1.Click on trading card design and amount of cards you would like and then pay for cards. . If you are ordering for more than 1 dog. Just put the first order in your cart an pick out card for second dog and pay for entire order.
2. Once you have completed your order, we will send you an email to fill out information for the FRONT AND BACK of the card When sending back information let us know which organization you are with and we will place the appropriate logo. If your group has not ordered before simply submit the logo with the email we send. If it is after hours we will send asap the next day. With this email you will provide 1 or 2 high resolution pictures to go with the information email you received. Always use this email for it will have your order number attached and makes it easier for us to keep straight.
If you do not see the form within a 24 hr period check your Spam folder. It most likely is in there!
Reordering Instructions
We keep copies of your last order, if you need to reorder cards click on the tab for either Therapy Dog or Youth Sports cards. Select the amount of cards you would like to order and checkout. At checkout you will see a section called "Notes". In that section let us know your last order #. If for some reason you do not still have that, let us know you don't and we will look the order under you email address. If you don't provide an order # we will send a proof to make sure that is the card you choose before sending to print.
